Patient consultation
Confirm Consultation FitAt Udara Health, we recognize that symptoms often arise from multiple interconnected factors rather than a single cause. This comprehensive, systems-based approach helps create a clearer understanding of your health, identify root causes and meaningful contributors to symptoms, and uncover practical opportunities to improve well-being.

Consultation fees cover physician time, records review, clinical synthesis, and personalized recommendations. When outside testing or equipment is clinically appropriate, we can send orders to third-party labs, imaging centers, sleep centers, pharmacies, or DME suppliers. Those third parties may bill your insurance directly if they are contracted with your plan and if the service is covered, depending on your plan and medical necessity. When insurance coverage is not available or not preferred, we can help identify transparent cash-pay options. We currently do not have the capacity to accept Medicare/medicaid patients.

Consultation Checklist
What we can't do
Because this is an individualized clinical service, each consultation is handled through a secure HIPAA-compliant platform, and is tailored to your specific symptoms, history, and goals. This is only available to patients physically located in Washington State. Expansion to other states in the near future
Why cash pay (and not
insurance)?
Insurance-based models often place time limits on how much can be covered within a single visit. This consultation model allows the time and depth needed to thoughtfully review complex sleep and breathing concerns—without rushing.
Clear and transparent pricing: you know the cost and what you'll receive before you begin.
Time for synthesis: integrative and comprehensive record review, pattern-mapping, and plain-language explanation—especially when symptoms span multiple systems.
Education and collaboration: clear written summaries, thoughtful synthesis, and coordinated next steps—without forcing the work into billing categories that don't fit.
Less administrative delay and more energy directed toward patient care and communication.
